We invite all members to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting on Sunday, April 21st at 2:00 PM at the Crescent Valley Hall at 1385 Hwy 6, and online virtually via Teams webinar.  Regular business will be conducted, including receiving reports from the Board of Directors and the General Manager; receiving the Financial Report; voting on resolutions, Director election, and appointment of Auditors.

Are you interested in helping shape the future of your Co-op? The largest part of the governance of the Co-op is to set the direction ahead. The Board of Directors also seeks qualified members to consider joining the Board of the Co-op as they work on existing plans for diversification. HOW TO REGISTER
To attend online, members must pre-register by sending a request via email to mail@slocanvalley.crs with their name and member number to be sent a meeting invitation link. Members can then attend remotely via personal computer, tablet, or smart device. For more information, go to our website at www.slocanvalleyco-op.crs.
Registration to attend must be submitted before 12 noon, Saturday, April 20th in order to be provided the link to receive access to the meeting.

The 2023 Financial Statements should be made available for distribution the week leading up to the meeting, and a hard copy of the Financial Report can be made available to members at the Administration Office in Slocan Park - 3024 Hwy 6.
