Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors has set the date to host the 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Slocan Valley Co-operative Association to report on the 2025 fiscal year. The AGM is open to members in good standing, having their memberships approved before April 27, 2026.

Regular business will be conducted, including receiving reports from the Board President and the General Manager; receiving the Financial Report; voting on resolutions, Director election, and appointment of Auditors.

A Special Resolution is being presented this year for the amalgamation of the Slocan Valley Co-operative Association and Fruitvale Co-op. Please see below for a link to the special resolution document.

Pre-registered members can also attend online via Teams web conference and participate remotely via personal computer, tablet, or smart device. Please note that member participation online is encouraged if committed to attend the full meeting, as participants can only be registered to have attended if they do not leave the meeting. To pre-register and receive a Teams meeting link, please submit your request via email to:  mail@slocanvalley.crs  (Registration to attend online must be submitted before 12 noon, Tuesday, May 26, 2026 to be provided the meeting link.)
